新漢基于PC的工廠自動化解決方案引領互聯工廠新紀元

近日，新漢推出了基于PC的工廠自動化解決方案—新漢工業現場總線嵌入式系統(NIFE)系列，用于為互聯工廠供電。NIFE系列集成了以太網、Hilscher現場總線技術，并且基于PC的控制器集成了CODESYS軟邏輯編程工具。NIFE系列提供開放式架構，有助于簡化工廠自動化系統的初始配置，并且能夠將工廠與云連接，開啟了工廠自動化運營的新篇章。
NIFE系列支持主流現場總線技術，包括PROFINET、PROFIBUS、DeviceNet、EtherCAT和EtherNet/IP，并提供遠程I/O選項。NIFE系列支持現場設備和機器之間流暢通迅。同時，工程師可使用同一軟件來運行現場總線配置和控制算法編程，并可以復制PLC控制器配置和編程的方法。
NIFE系列支持多種不同運算性能、外形尺寸和顯示器配置，可滿足各種應用需求。例如，高性能NIFE 4000是基于Intel® Core處理器，專為多個控制節點管理或復雜控制算法運行而設計。而基于 Intel® Atom處理器的緊湊型NIFE 2310特別適用于較小型控制網絡。APPC 和IPPC系列是現場總線工業級平板電腦，可用于控制和過程監控。
除了對工廠內部活動的控制，NIFE系列帶有以太網支持，可連接到上一級控制，支持實時遠程監控和數據傳輸。
作為一個專門的基于PC的工廠自動化解決方案，NIFE系列已經通過了原廠商硬件和軟件驗證，進一步確保了系統兼容性。
